Kimberly Bradford-Brown is a 23-year employee of the Texas Workforce
Commission (TWC), where she currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff
for the Commissioner Representing Employers, Joe Esparza. In her current
capacity, Kimberly serves as policy advisor, liaison for the Texas Conference
for Employers, project manager/facilitator, and writer/editor.
In her spare time, Kimberly Bradford-Brown authored and published her
f
irst children’s book, “A Girl Whose Name is Magic”. She is also the co-host of
a radio show called “The Better Show”, a show that reminds us that every
day we can and must move towards better. You can tune in or listen online,
Thursdays at 7:00 a.m. on KAZI-FM 88.7 (kazifm.org).
Kimberly is a lifetime member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., a 2023 graduate of Leadership
Texas, a member of Executive Women in Texas Government and the Texas Economic Development
Council. A longtime resident of Cedar Park, she serves as a Commissioner on the Cedar Park
Planning & Zoning Commission.
