 Each vendor is required to donate one door prize. That prize is due at check-in. (min $25 value) 

 Booths MUST be set up by 9AM. Booths unclaimed by 9AM will be forfeited unless prior arrangements have been made. 

 All fees are non-refundable after January 30, 2026. The last day to register is February 13, 2026.
